Bug with Unstoppable

I just started using the Unstoppable morh of Immovable which is suppose to increase the duration of the skill based on the amount of heavy armor you are wearing, in my case this would be 3.4 seconds. Now the info panel in the skill tree says I should have 16.9 seconds now which would be the 3.4 added to the base 13.5 however when I use the skill I have 10 seconds on the skill so it is subtracting the bonus time rather than adding it. i do not know how long this has been like this as I just started using it. The base skill was working fine, no problems until I morphed it. Thank you for looking into this.
