Came across an EP DK 1500 CP ( 4 letter name ) and even zone said he is using cheat engine to have insane health and take 0 DMG while being able to kill people, at this stage [snip] it seems to be fine

As long as people keep being jerks and spamming the support system with 20 tickets a day. There is little hope the real useful information is going to get through.

Your best hope is to submit the ticket and leave it there. Your part is done.

If they're bragging about it openly in chat then yes, they'll probably do something about it. Chances are more than good that chat is logged and with a nice confession like that, they'll act.

Reporting cheats with the in game tool is very good.

Reporting anything you call cheats because someone else is better then you, is bad because it takes time from the support to sort 500 whining mails from 1 real cheat report.

Anyone using 3:e party program gets shut down fast as soon as ZoS finds it.

"Cheating" seams to be what most (bad) players calls it when they loose.

One common whining about "cheat" is when someone attacks very fast in pvp.
    Here are the highlights
    • "How can you attack with 3 different weapons!?"
    • "How can you do x Light/heavy attacks at once?"
    • "Player X lags me on purpose!"

Instead of finding out how....its called "cheat". Some players are simply better then you.

Even if it seems pointless its also all we as players can do.
Its a pain for them im sure since they have to go through a whole bucketlist of unwarranted reports like for mudbáll abuse etc.

Hopefully evemtually they will get to it though :)

Even tanks should take some dmg, this guys health NEVER moves while 20 guys bash on him

I wonder if his health wouldve moved if 1 of those 20 people had bothered using fear or fossilize on him while he was getting pounded on ;)

Keep reporting, cheating is still rampant in this game and broken game mechanics that need to be fixed sometimes make it hard to spot cheaters, but they are there has nothing to do with being a good player or a certain build, when you go beyond the physics of the game the only explanation is cheating.

Was it an emperor? I've seen plenty of DK tank emperors who seemingly take little damage because of their massive hp regen and damage mitigation.

    EMP gives buffs you know.
Make PC NA raiding great again!

Well, my group of 5 people managed to damage his health. Not much tankier than other (very good) tanks that are roaming around in Cyrodiil. .
Maybe the pug zerg should just improve their gameplay a bit.

That is very easy to check since there is only ever one emperor at a time. The bonuses to former emperors aren't nearly enough to have the same effect.

I wouldn't discount the possibility of a cheat or exploit so easily. I've seen this sort of thing before. Some people were making vampire characters that could get pummeled by literally 50+ people and still survive. To kill them you just had to keep hitting them until eventually, after several minutes of constant bombardment, they just ran out of resources. People around here were using the same excuses to justify it then too. "They're all emperors." "They're just better players." "You're not using the right skills."

Turned out ZOS agreed that you're not supposed to be able to withstand that much punishment.

From my perspective, no. Last time I did, got a reply instructing me to put the players on ignore. This was after submitting a ticket about players botting.

Like you OP, I've also encountered solo players wiping out relatively large groups of players in pvp, without their health bar moving. Once during one of the bridge battles. The other time the said player was trapped inside a small building at one of the farms. While I did not submit a ticket or voice my concerns in zone chat, certainly made me raise an eyebrow, so to speak.
Can also remember watching a enemy playing being pounded by siege while standing on the outer wall of a keep we were defending. Same thing, the player took no damage.
If builds/sets are making skilled/unskilled players almost immune to damage, this game has problems.
