They might not want to be a part of that nasty, greasy, smelly meat sandwich down there. And it might be the only way to reach the banker without actually standing amidst said meat sandwich. Just a guess, but I wouldn't be at all surprised if that's why some use it. I haven't spent enough time in Reaper's March to know.
I have enochlophobia though and it can be pretty bad, even in video games. It's similar to how arachnophobes feel about spiders in video games. Very similar concept. I don't like being stuck in the middle of a meat sandwich. Euch. So, some uses of the Rawl'kha rock may actually be completely innocent.
Human nature to assume the worst, though, eh?

How about the rock ledge around Hew's Bane blacksmith station, so I have to bunny-hop up a 3" step if I do my decon or writs there. MADDENING.

I noticed several years ago in an online game my character had his own personal space. At the auction house if another character ran up and stood to near mine I would scoot over. One time another character started running circles around mine and it really bothered me that he was drawing attention to my character so I left. I'm getting better now though and don't always have to move my character over when another gets close.and then the parrot said, "must be the water mines green too."0 -

Sometimes I missed that rock on purpose, just so I could throw my character through the air again. It amused the heck out of me. Thanks for the reminder of better times.
