Crafting Bag Locked After ESO Free Play event

During of the Free Play Event ESO open free use crafting bag to all player. Suddenly all my items moved to crafting bag and I forgot to there after event. Now, my all valuable materials in the craft bag and I can't reach them. All materials cost more than hundred thousand gold. I had all DLC's and I paid ESO plus membership many time and I have lot of Crown. But I cant reach my crafting materials.
When I open ticket I got nonsense reply from the CS. I am playing PC and Xbox One version ESO and spending lot of money. At the end I am receiving robotic mail. It is not fair. I want to rach my crafting materials and Tell me a solution how?

on xbox start button, scroll to inventry
open inventory
click right bumper
you can remove all items from the craft bag (only remove what you need to trade/sell as items can not be stored again without reactivating eso plus)

alternatively simply go to a crafting station & use as normal.

But I had a problem with PC version. Not Xbox one.

But I had a problem with PC version. Not Xbox one.

you mentioned in your post you played cross server, so i explained to you how to do it xbox and provided a link to a video on how to do it on PC.
was just trying to be helpfull
(since you didnt specifically state in your post that you had figured out the navigation of the xbox - but were stuck on PC)
