- The Crown Store is optional and does not give any advantage over a player who decides not to spend money.
- ESO Plus is an optional service that increases your overall experience but doesn't affect others.
- Crowns are on sale regularly for those who wish to purchase them.
- The game is on sale regularly for those who wish to purchase it.
- We've received fantastic DLC at reasonable prices.
- We receive free updates to the overall world of Tamriel making our experience better for no extra cost.
Just because selected items are expensive doesn't mean to say you need them and it doesn't mean to say ZOS are being greedy in the process, That store is what keeps ESO alive and kicking so we can all continue playing for years to come, and so that new content can be made. The way ZOS handle that store (to me) is done so incredibly well compared to many other in-game stores I've seen.
This MMO is a prime example of how to do things correctly when managing a business model.

kevlarto_ESO wrote: »This is what happens when the sub is optional, no regular stream of revenue, zos really is no where near as greedy as a EA or perfect world f2p games, but zos will only be adding more as this game makes it switch form b2p to f2p, if you have not bought the client by now I doubt you will be buying it, think about everyone that is going to play this game has or is already.
