Long Loading Time

For past week, I have been getting 'This is an usually long loading time' Im having it quite alot when going into different places, like say Wrothgar to Stonefalls etc. Im aving to quit my game and start it up again, sometimes it does it again, So i have to go somewere else. When I dont want to.
Is there anything I can do to prevent this, or is this an ZOS problem.

NattvetteSoul ShrivenMe too, every time I try to enter a different zone or enter/exit a cave, delve, dungeon. Have to exit game completely, and go back in again to try again since nothing happens, I just get booted out for being inactive if I wait.0
