Zenimax, steam is offline and with it my plus is gone

This never happened while i was using pre-paid plus, but now that im buying steam plus access for some reason when steam is down you guys strip me down of my plus access.
You better check a way upon activation to hold the plus info in YOUR SERVER instead of relying on steam for it, i might learn how to play without plus and then keep the money to myself in the future if this becomes too frequent.

Relax, you purchased the ESO plus subscription through steam, meaning your Steam account verifies the subscription upon login to ESO.. if you logged into the game without going through steam that's what happens.. deal with it.

I didn't know you could even play at all when Steam is down. Weird system that you can still log-in but the Plus benefits are cut-off.
