It wasn't posted to name and shame but they can remove the pic once they have the evidence duly noted if they want to. One could easily take non-name pics of people in that area doing it as they pretty much are there 24/7 no doubt but I only log on to do dailies and am by no means obligated to edit a screenshot taken to report abuse of this type in a game I no longer care so much about. I only did in the first place because I happened to pass by.

Not arguing with you, I'm just saying when you post a pic with names it usually end up being removed and you'll end up with a warning or whatever. If I have something to report I don't bring it to the forums because that invites trolls and the like.
What is there to exploit? Those bug mobs give like 22 Exp points and no loot. I have seen 8 to 10 players dropping AoE's on the spawn points, but I have also mostly seen 2 or 3 players waiting around for bugs to spawn.
If they really want to exploit something useful, there is a zombie area to the West and North that this would be much more effective in.

FF14 proved vastly superior and I developed a distaste to the vast bugs, lag, and complete balance mess.
Also the community I play FF14 among is friendly and positive while ESO's is generally toxic and trolly.
For all of you wondering why:
Cipherfarming. And I think aetherial dust can drop as well from these mobs. On PC EU the dust sells for 65k each. Even tho the chances of getting a piece of dust is smaller than getting a sharpened maelstromweapon (kappa), killing a few thousand of a instant spawning npc will probably give you a piece of dust/cipher eventionally. Please ZOS, this happens at PC as well. Fix this asap, there's not a coincidence that only the "top tier" tradingguilds sells these stuff, because they know how to use exploits to get it. Otherwise you would see lowlevel players in chat asking: "What is this golden dust I just got?" (since it can drop in any non-dlc zone).
Just fix the exploit, or ban those using it.

That can't be cipher farming, they have to be naturally hostile enemies. Those are yellow not red. Unless there is a bug in what was stated as being enemies or monsters.
