The elk's roar sound is fitting. Compared it to actual elk roars, it sounds about right.7 -

The price is clearly excessive based on what we are used to but most likely signals a new pricing model for direct purchase crown store mounts. I'm not happy about that, but it is what it is.
The elk is probably targeted more toward people like me who have a healthy income and a pile of crowns they are already sitting on with nothing to buy, not toward the people who can't afford to eat in real life if they buy more crowns just for this. But timing it around the holidays, without a gifting option, is pretty insensitive on the part of ZOS.
