Blue Screens on the rise...

So, the number of blue screens has increased dramatically since the New Life festival. I can only presume that this is being caused by activity levels on the servers (that don't appear to be quite as "mega" as suggested).
Can we get some sort of means to reduce activity in alliance capitals like Wayrest, Mournhold and Elden Root? The dueling there is off the charts - and I would suggest the amount that takes place is the root cause for a lot of disconnects and lag. What about removing the ability to duel in those areas?
