All you have to do is sub for one month and play the content. Admittedly, five of the rewards are RNG in the Imperial City DLC, but the rest are straight-up given for beating/playing the content. Is any of that not available when buying the DLC packs and playing off-sub? My plan is to sub for a while when I have the time, but then get the DLC packs for crowns. I am certainly not a good enough player to do all the content in a month.

@tanek All of it would also be available if you bought the appropriate DLC. They are tied into achievements, quests etc. So as long as you can access the zone via sub or dlc purchase, you can get it.

[EDIT] Oh, and as long as you can actually do what you need to in order to get it. I'm thinking I'll be living a long time with the Vet MoL skin.. hah.

If you sub, you have access to all DLC´s and all content in the game. All these rewards earned in a DLC will stay with you, even if you decide to not subscribe anymore and didn't purchase said DLC's.
It would take an exceptionally lucky and excellent player to get all those in a month though, especially if they are new to the game

Yes, on paper it is possible if you have no life, no job and no family - but you'd be better off putting the $15 towards to a doctor/shrink/counselor/medication to help fix your larger life issues.

Or you can wait for some nice crown sales and get that DLC bundle + Shadow of the Hist DLC because:

1. You can't do it on single month and a single character only if you have no responsibilities and your parents will sustain you for doing nothing else than playing ESO all day

2. You can return again to the DLC zones, also you will always have access to DLC dungeons and Imperial City if you like to PvP

3. Sometimes the Crown sales came with a pretty good deals, I think last time I've bought the 5500 pack for like 20-25 euro (less than 2 months of ESO+) and used them for DLCs

4. Is more relaxing to play when you know you aren't running against the clock and have a lot to do in a short time.

I used to be a subscriber, but I've realized that I don't have enough time to play and to justify the money I've spend just to have unlimited access to DLCs. One mouth I had time to play only 2 days, so yeah. The only thing I miss from ESO+ is the crafting bag and I'm willing to pay 10k crowns for a single character if I'll ever have that option. Unlocking the DLCs instead of paying the subscription for 3 months is a better option in my opinion.

If everything new coming to the Crown Store is as overpriced as the Elk, they need to double the Crowns per month to subscribers. It would still take two months to be able to buy the Elk.
