how u turn off the massage on the screen, where from advanced ui settings

& how to change location of that extra action bar?
i want to change the location of the extra potion bar (maybe put it right instead as its default left, or somewhere else) & disable the massages i get on the screen, messages like that maigica messages what u so in the picture
