Support page login

Hi,

I cannot login to the support page using my credentials. I can log in to the game and to account pages just fine (and to forums obviously). Can you help me?

I have the same issue with firefox, even after disabling Adbloc Plus and uBlock.
Just use IE/ Edge. That works fine for me.

That doesn't work for me. IE(edge) / Chrome both give the same error.

If your ESO password is longer than 20 characters or has a special character, that is likely what is preventing you from being able to log into the support page. You can change your password by logging into https://account.elderscrollsonline.com. Remember, that changing your password will change your login credentials for the game, account site and support portal, it will not change your login for the forums.

*Your password must contain at least one letter (A-Z) and one number (0-9).

It actually did sort of. I had normal punctuation marks but it seems that it did not like the ones that I had in my password. Switched them to another ones and now it works. Thanks for help.
