I play on PS4 so I am not sure if it's a PS4 bug or if we all have the problem. Often healing health bars get stuck at 20% or any % and you pretty much have to die to fix this bug.
It's already hard enough for a healer to identify healing but why has this bug been around for months?

Sounomi✭✭✭Stuck at 20% as in it won't go any higher? If so, this is an age old bug commonly referred to as a health desync. Its pretty common in Cyrodiil but not so much in PvE.0 -

Nocturnalan✭✭✭Confirmed in XB1 PVP as well, blasting off heals because it looks like someone is about to die but really their health bar was glitched and now I'm out of Mana.

I found a youtube post about this problem from over TWO years ago in which a poster stated that he finally got a dev to response to his forum posts and ZOS claimed they were able to reproduce the bug and were working on a fix (
