Best armor set for Khajiit DPS stamina nightblade?

Hey guys, just wondering what the general consensus (if there is one) is regarding armor, weapon (DW and 2H or bow), and jewelry sets for a Khajiit dps stamina nightblade?

I'll primarily be focusing on small group/solo PvP. Thanks!

My solo player gank Build:

5 Alchemist, 5 Viper, Bow (Weapon Damage Enchant), 2H.

Everything below 30K Health drops dead in less than 1.5 Sec. ;D

My answer would probably be that it depends on the content and/or group.

examples

group content - If someones running NMG then you switch to TBS.

vMA - the VO Set 5 piece is very helpful in here, but less necessary if you can manage your resources efficiently in group content.

Definitely can say 2 x sharpened daggers and bow for back bar works very well.

Gear is really situational, what I run most of the time is:

2 x Kra'gh
5 x Night Mothers Gaze
5 x Vipers (2 x Knife of Shadows + Accessories - Enchants will need to be changed)

If you want to make things easier of course you could swap the weapons for Night Mothers Gaze and use Vipers armor. Would save on a ton of weapon grinding.

Generally I switch between the 2 x Kra'gh and 2 x Velidreth depending on situation.

5 Piece Night Mothers and 5 piece Vicious Ophidian.

Before i had Vicious Ophidian gear i ran 3 pieces of the agility robust jewellery and another 2 piece set.

Any other recommendations then nmg? I hate the thought of wearing it while another stam toon has it on as well, I really don't like having to ask the group everytime if someone else is wearing it.

TBS = twice born star, means you can make weapons for it. i tried it but it didn't feel like it was any better then hundings, and as my stamblade is an imperial, the extra health is worthless to me. and i don't have to worry about losing my second mundas if i want to change armor.

people don't run selene's? what if someone ran surprise attack as a spammable? I think it was definitely make it a useful dps tool if you didn't want to run flurry

selene is nice, I was running with selene to dps on NB with mainly surprise attack as spammable skill to dps
but selene is very RNG with dps, I had from 1.5k the lowest dps up to 5k+ addition dps from selene but mainly it is giving average 3k dps, as I wrote its very RNG set to dps + at all kraghs is giving by only 1st bonus additional 2k dps to your overall dps by this penetration + additional 2k+ stable dps bu just procing nonstop while all dots are up

but at all selene is viable to dps

It depends on the make up of your group and what content though.
If your talking about in 4 man content then you wont have warhorns cranking etc like you would in a trial.
Thats when shadow/thief mundus combo will be more efficient than just having some weapon damage.

Edit: think the reason i never see TBS weapons is because they are using Maelstrom Weapons with the 5 piece tbs armor and a monster set or 5 tbs and 5 piece VO via 3 jewel and head/shoulders.

5x TBS+ 5x VO is a pipe dream for most since you need VO weapons, and sharpened daggers are the only way to go. However, you can go 5x TBS, 3x VO (jewels), 2x Maelstrom 1h (dagger/axe).

Kra'gh > Selene for single target, and Velidreth > all when there is movement or in VMA.

Personally I ran 5x Hunding's + 5x Viper + 2x Kra'gh/Velidreth for regular every day DPS (dungeons, etc) until I got my VO Jewelery and 2 armor. Now my NB runs 5x VO as the base, and I use either Viper (VMA), NMG (nobody else is running NMG in vet dungeon/trial), or Hunding's (someone else is running NMG). I'd use Spriggan over Hunding's for vet dungeons if I had sharpened Spriggan daggers.

Next stage of my build will happen once I get 1 more sharpened VMA weapon. I have an axe sitting in my bag now. I'll run 3x VO, 5x TBS or NMG, and 2x Maelstrom 1hers.

Thats exactly the same situation as me. need one more sharpened maelstrom dagger or axe and ill be running same setup. agree on the kraghs single target and velidreth moving/aoe/vma.

I generally run 5 piece NMG, 5 VO, Velidreth in normal dungeons. (unless someone else in NMG like you said.)

Correct. That's why you really need VO weapons to run 5TBS 5VO. Even if you had one sharpened VO dagger, you would be giving up a sharpened VMA bow.....

5x viper (body pieces divines/medium) or 5x blackrose or 5x widowmaker
5x red mountain (jewelry & weapons robust/sharpened) or 5x viper

P.S.: if you feel squishy replace divines with impen but you will loose a lot of burst potential.

Thanks for confirming, i know i've been told / read that multiple times but it always slips my mind for some reason.
Im not fussed about 5 piece VO anyway, siphoning strikes got me covered.

For small group/solo pvp, I would consider 5pc Spriggan's set as well as one of the proc sets and 2pc Kragh's that would mitigate a hella lot of physical resistance.
