Three questions for a Stemplar

I'm a new player actually CP 260 with a stamina templar.
I play with :
(All my stuff is purple)
-Agility set for jewels (Want to swap with VO) with dammage glyph (3/3)
-Twice born star full stamina glyph (5/5) with thief and shadow mundus stone
-Night mozer gaze (4/5) full stamina glyph for gear and poison dammage for weapon. Can't have two 5/5 bonus set right ?

My questions are :
I find myself a little bit squishy and want to know what can I change to improve my survival in fight against many adds ?

How reach to 30k dammage per second ? I have actually 2664 dammage, and 60% critik with purple sword (will swap with dagger to improve rate critik).
(Skill bar or stuff)
I have a mean like 12k in normal dj and 15k in nTrial in craglorn with buffs.

Finally is it worth to improve my stuff in gold if maybe there is an increase in the maximum level soon ? (rumors)

weapons are a must to be made gold armour doesn't really matter.
you will get a massive boost in dmg with gold weapons

Are you at 2664 WP buffed? You need to either use a potion or skill that boosts weapon damage. Also, I would recommend getting Alkosh jewelry for Minor Slayer.

What skills are you using?

For Minor slayer I said I want use VO jewels but I'm too low cp to farm gold

Okay, you definitely need to slot Rearming Trap, it's a must have for crit builds. It gives Minor Force. I would replace Acid Spray with it. You already have Endless Hail and Steel Tornado for AOE. Also, try to get a Maelstrom Bow to boost Endless Hail (if you don't have it already).

I would move Repentance to Bar 1 to boost Stam Regen by 10% since you should be spending most of your time on Bar 1. I would drop Snipe and put a Aedric Spear skill there. You have to have one slotted to get the Piercing Spear passive.

With reamring trap and warrior passif, I will have 3% bonus weapon dammage too. If I have gold dagger how much can i reach in weapon dammage ?

Does the bonus of CP appear in the character window ?

No point in having sniper and arrow spray. In general you want to have Buffs + Dots + 1 spammeable dps skill (in your case, jabs). You also don't have a major brutality source (from the screenshoot i see that you are using common stamina pots). Your problem is not your gear, is your lack of a proper dps rotation.

Try this:

bar1: blood craze, jabs, rearming trap, repentence, vigor
bar2: posion arrow, arrow barrage, caltrops, power of light, flex slot (rune focus, shards, whatever).
Brutality pots

The rotation should be something like this:

rearming trap -> arrow barrage -> posion arrow -> power of light -> bar swap -> blood craze -> jabs until arrow barrage expire, switch bar and restart (rearming trap fires 2 times, so you don't need to recast it in each rotation). Use caltrops only for solo or when nobody in your group is running it. Learn how to weave light attacks during your rotation.

I assume you're talking about Mighty? Mighty doesn't boost weapon damage, it boosts your Physical, Poison, Disease damage.

For potion, actually I didnt look the different potion bonus we can have. I'm a beginner

As far as I know, they do show on the character sheet.
