Viper weapons changing traits

I was in craglorn looking at my viper weapons I was switching my Precise axe to a precise dagger. when I went back into my inventory again my dagger turned into a decisive axe I tried logging in and out and nothing changed. it looks like it's a permanent axe instead of the Dagger filed a report and got a auto response.
Make sure you look at all your traits and know what they are I have video proof of mine.

It's the balance patch viper nerf... IT'S HAPPENING ALREADY !@#! ;p All decent viper weapons will turn into terrible ones.

the console ui is soooooooooo bad, it hurts my 4k eyes ;n;
