Account not found? Xbox One - can't link item to text chat

Anyone get this when they try to link items in text chat?

This is new after having my race changed and loosing 9 skill points.
It's just this character....anyone able to comment on why this happens and how to resolve it so I can link items.

I had this problem my text message was set to whisper and the person log off. That why it say "account not found"

Just switch text to /zone and u will be fine

Completely different issue.

My issue is I'm online and I'm linking an item to zone. Not whisper.

It all of a sudden stopped allowing me to do it and it's not being spammed.
I logged on....did a quest....got the reward and decided to link to chat

The result is "no account found"

I was getting that message too when it say "no account found" the system is telling you the person you trying to speak too is not found as they are offline. My chat was stuck on /whisper once I fix it problem solved

I'm 100% sure that's not the case.
First off it wouldn't be on whisper cause I wasn't whispering anyone. Second is cause I had just logged on recently.

I honestly hadn't even whispered anyone those two weeks in a row. I rarely use text chat at all but keep the window open cause sometimes ppl ask for groups or for some help doing something.
