Consoles are overdue for Buff Tracking

There is no excuse that consoles don't have buff tracking. Since we're all aware that addons on Consoles is complicated. There is no reason that Zenimax Online cannot provide a default version of buff tracking.
PC and PS4 (bring back character transfers please?)

No, no it wouldn't.
It would make the game better but the game is lacking in more than just interface options.
PvP is utter trash right now, updates with meaningful content are few and far between, the story is meh at best, I could go on but it would derail the thread too much.

Hateanthem✭✭✭✭ZOS would make a killing on consoles if they created low priced add-ons. Charge 2 or 3 bucks for an addon for non plus players and make them included in the membership.
It gives more incentive for membership as well.
As long as ZOS actually keeps the add-ons up to date and they work correctly that is...0 -
