How to craft sets ?

I only see to be able to craft normal pieces of gear, not not a unique set. How do I do it? It only for level 50?

You have to find the location of the crafting stations for the set you want to craft. They're spread out all over Tamriel.

You also have to have the minimum number of traits researched that are required to craft the set you want. For example, a set might need you to have 2 traits researched on an item before you can craft said item as part of that set. Another set might need 5. The best ones require all nine. (Well, best as in they have the more interesting five piece bonuses.)

The trait requirement is per item. So if you have two traits researched on robes, but only one on shoes, you'll only be able to craft the robe in the two trait set.

How do I search for traits? this whole system seems to be very complicated

Traits must be researched. This requires having a piece of gear in your inventory with the trait on it that you want to research. The first few traits are done very quickly but it takes much longer to complete research as you go.

By the way, it doesn't matter which traits you've researched. You just need to have researched however many traits the set requires.

I would suggest that you try to research the traits you want on your items first, however, as they take progressively more time to complete as you research more traits.
