Targeted quest changes when traveling (PS4)

Anyone else noticing this? My current quest is selected to the new life quest, when I travel, it changes it to the quest at the top of my list. Have been traveling in wrong direction upon spawn because of wrong quest. Can we look into this please? It's kinda annoying.
