Multiple UI Errors!

I've been getting quite a few ui errors ( PS4 NA ), unable to do anything while that box is on screen I am forced to close the game down and restart it.
This is very troublesome if it happens during a dungeon as I'll just be kicked from group due to me being offline that short amount of time.
Any way to fix or remove the ui error box for I can play still without shutting down and restarting?
Also without deleting the save data? That doesn't seem to help, unless I have to do it weekly
