Door Cooldowns

Please tell me who's idea it was at ZOS to remove the one second cooldown on using doors in Cyrodiil. This might be the thousandth post about this but that dev is dumb, please remove him from your company.

How do people dodge roll through the doors. I'm lucky if I can go through one with no lag in 1 second. In lag I will probably go through twice. One time I hit E twice nothing happened then bam I am inside the keep and on a siege that was placed by the door.
