please put major evasion back into the kit of DKs

Sparks.

If freaks me out when I run into a PvE boss that casts sparks on me. I used to use the morph that did a little AoE when activated. I cannot recall what possible rationale I had for such a choice.

It makes sense for evasion to be a part of cinder storm though. The actual skill Evasion is overpowered because it's passive, you don't have to do anything to get the dodge chance. Having to stand your ground inside cinder storm to gain a dodge chance would be much more balanced.
