A plee to change reward system.

Does anyone else feel that a choice of reward system would be better than what we have? I complete a lot of quest and 95% of the time the reward is something my character doesn't even use. We does it seem like every quest in this game gives out staffs. I don't use them at all. The Devs must really want us all to use staffs.

    It's way better than it used to be. At least you get a set piece now.

    At PC launch you would get like 2 gold for saving a town from certain ruin.

    Lol, as a Caster on most of my characters, I ask, why do all the quests give out swords and daggers? We seem to notice things we get that we don't need more so than things we get that we do need.

    Quest rewards in this game have always been kind of Meh. It has gotten better recently as now at least a good number of quests offer items that are part of dropped sets and usually in a desirable trait. We did not have that before. I can tell you the first 3 years of playing this game, including the beta, every single quest reward, even for the Main Quest was either deconned or vendored. At least now, we can use some of the rewards.

    I don't think it will get better, for the simple reason someone can now level a character to max in about 10 to 20 hours and farm quest drops and get around RNG. We can do that now to an extent, and on the last character I leveled, I avoided all quests that give reward set drops just so I could get max level items in preferred traits rather than rely on the fickle nature of the RNG gods. Even then, I can't complete sets without some RNG for some pieces, but at least I can get some in preferred traits.

    Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.

    Itemization in this game is rather k mart barging bin for the most part.
