[BUG] Bug Report Section of Forums Not Working

ZOS adds burg report section to move bugs and problems off of the primary page. 'For the purpose of aggregating them all in one place so they are easier to handle.'
ZOS then successfully ignores 99% of what is posted there, hence its not working.

Yeah it's kind of frustrating not to get any kind of response from the developers when you do take the time and effort out of your day to file up a bug report.... in the proper category... it seems like the only way you can get some kind of developer attention is to file up bug reports in the wrong section, general thread, and not the bug report section.0
