Latest patch problem

I can't seem to download the latest patch completely - every time I try it stops at 22%. Has anyone else had a problem like this and can you suggest a solution/fix? The thing I've noticed is that the 'pause ' button just greys out so I can't pause while downloading. It just seems to freeze.

chriss23✭✭I cannot repair from the launch screen, when I click the ESO icon it goes straight into update launcher followed by updating applications and there are no other options available. I have contacte ESO support who are aware of the problem.
