Cant seem to complete the achievement for this. I got aryeen, but cant seem to locate the other two at all in the blue circle

This achievement doesn't have to be completed during the quest. Jorunn and Emeric are in their faction areas respectively. Look for Emeric at Wayrest castle and Jorunn ist most easily found in the small house near the enchanter in Windhelm.

Oh, and you need either the eternal mudball or the one time usable mudballs, which you can get from the reward boxes. Just quickslot them to use.

Haven't got (and didn't know about!) those so that's what my problem was. Thanks!

Also just keep the quest and go hit them after you complete it if you dont have the emote or trophy mudballs

The problem I had is that I found her after I finished the mud balls quest and I cannot throw a ball to her (nor anyone). Does anyone have any insights on this?

If you haven't started the AD quest line you may have to look for her in Vulkhel Guard, in front of the bank.

Equip the mudballs that are in your inventory as consumables, and then use them like you would a potion, when the NPC is targetted.

You get the inventory mudballs as a reward in the boxes if I recall. But they don't seem to be guaranteed. If anyone knows a good place to get them aside from the reward boxes, i'd be interested to find know.

@Flynch That's what I needed ty so much, I had no idea they were consumables found in my inventory! WIll try to do so.

Reminder that these are daily repeatable quests, for the duration of the New Life Festival. If you don't manage to egg all three leaders the first time, do it the next day instead (once you get this quest again).
Ayrenn is in the Castle in Skywatch (near the Ambassadors that you are supposed to muddy up).
Emeric can be found in the castle in Wayrest (Stormhaven).
If you have completed the EP questline, king Jorunn is right at the last wayshrine in the SE part of the Rift.
Note that you will get bounties if you throw mud at these dignitaries - or at guards.

If the quest is still active for the mudball, you can just go to emeric and jorunn and throw a mudball even without the eternal or trophy mudball.

The location of the leaders depends on how far along you got on their respective faction quest lines. There have also been reports that they can be mud balled on special quests like the Mages' Guild quest where they make an appearance.

It has been a while since I did the AD quests so I reviewed the quests on UESP.

She is first found in the Bank of Vuhkel Guard.
