Is it me, or does the performance kit just do nothing? Not seeing any option to use it either when in alcaire castle. Anyone else having this problem?
Edit: Solved! Even though the quest has optional steps, you can only do the main part first, but it will allow you to still visit all three places and get the achievement. Thanks Zos for the misleading quest info.

✭✭✭✭Not working very well on PC either. Reloaded, disabled mods, left and re-entered about twenty times, nothing.
