Character Copy PC -> XBox One

When the console version was released we could get our PC characters and progression etc copied across to new Console Accounts.

I only just sort of got myself an XBox One S and ESO Gold.. so I'm a bit late to the party..

Is this service still available (for the $20 fee or whatever it was..) - and is it just a copy (meaning I don't lose my PC account).

    You could only do it IF you purchased PC and also purchased the copy sku for that one month just before release

    It was a one time offer never to be offered again per ZOS
    The other part is that you've bought the game so that game wouldn't work
