Random dungeon Daily Bonus not working

I am not sure if anyone else has encountered this, but at least once a week, when I queue up for random dungeon (I do this at least twice a day on my healers) It will create the group, port me in, but at the end none of the bonuses will be applied.
All bosses will be dead, it will say "Activity Complete" but I will not get the xp of undaunted mail.
This has happened to me several times, and I have submitted in game reports for it multiple times.
The typical response I get is "Relog for 5 minutes and try again" or "Have you checked the (unofficail) wiki?"
While I get it, you guys need to have some sort of a filter to weed out some of the garbage, it would be cool if a person read the submissions.
It is incredibly disheartening to get a group of people who... have room for improvement, carry them through without bailing or raining hate on them, to not get the bonuses that caused you to random queue in the first place.
Please take a look at this, and if others are experiencing this as well, post it to let the devs know I am not (or maybe I am?) crazy!
