Does Unstoppable (Heavy Armor Skill) and Spiked Armor (Draconic Power Skill) stack?

I always use Unstoppable, but I just decided to use a new skill, because I had a skill that I was never using (Shadow Silk) [It was okay when I was a beginner, but not anymore] so I wanted something I could actually use. Therefore I decided to use Spiked Armor. I tried it with Unstoppable, only to find out if I use Spiked Armor first, and then use Unstoppable, Spiked Armor seems to disappear. BUT, if i use Unstoppable, THEN Spiked Armor it stays. So it brings me to the question, do they stack or is it just glitched? Or for it to work do I always have to use Unstoppable and THEN Spiked Armor?

I am not too familiar with DKs but if I recall Unstoppable gives major resistances and so does Spiked Armor. If this is the case then the resistances do not stack because they are both Major buffs. However, if you are losing the Unstoppable CC resistance then that would be a bug.
