Vampires Kiss and staying out of stupid

Crafted the Vampires Kiss set, so when I kill a mob I get 5k+ health back.
When this occurs I get a bright red circle under me.
Any chance of tweaking this to make it look significantly different to the stay out of stupid?
Depending on terrain and other factors, I keep dodge rolling to get away from myself.
