When will ZOS finally stop Stuga from stalking you all over the place?

I can't even go shopping in peace without this wretch stalking me to no end.

ZOS I'm begging you.... Put this thing to one place, and one place only..... PLEASE! I can't even feel comfortable shopping in Vulkhel Guard without her harassing me.

Then I see a lot more Stuga in your life.

I hear she likes pina coladas, and getting caught in the rain.

I also didn't like her stalking so I simply accepted the quest. I found having the quest sit harmlessly in my quest log to be better than being stalked by Stuga.

just accept the quest, you don't have to complete it but at least accepting it will make her go away

Look raid, I can call you raid? Look raid, I've been married for a while now and sometimes a man needs his space, right? So over time you learn what buttons to press to get the "silent" treatment. It's a delicate operation though, can't press too hard or your getting the "cook your own dinner" treatment, followed by the proverbial dog house of course.

So here's what you gotta do, look at it as a long term investment. Get close to her, talk to her. Find out what she needs. I mean I don't know, maybe she needs you to guard a caravan or something. Just promise her to do it, but then don't. That will get you some peace.

You don't have to. Just accept her quest, get to Wrothgar, talk to the guy you need to talk to. When he asks you to do something, and gives you the quest, then abandon that one. Just remember that to pick up the Wrothgar thread again, you have to go find him and talk to him again.

Me, I solved the supply issue and went far enough to have to meet with someone on the steps of the Keep in Orsinium, but same thing, abandon the quest at that stage and pick it up later if you want.
Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.

Just talk to her, then ignore the quest.

Personally, I still think she should appear in any safe town, just like the Prophet, Bera Moorsmith, Shalidor, Quen, and Amelie Crowe. Stick her in the tavern or something, so she's not chasing you around. If she's only going to appear in Daggerfall/Vulkhel Guard/Davon's Watch, she's useless, as that's the same city that Ambassador Lazgara is in, so Lazgara might as well just give us the quest herself.

    1. Accept the bloody quest to make her stfu
    2. Cancel ESO+ to avoid the quest overall. She is a type of woman who's only interested in the rich.

She is annoying and she is not the only one. I think Craglorn even has some dailies where NPCs can harras you the same way on a daily basis.

Funny thing, if you have access to DLC you can accept the quest anytime in the Collections UI. No wonder Stuga is so desperate, her job is pretty redundant.

True, and for those who like that sort of thing, that's nice. For me though, I'd much rather be given quests in the world. And if Stuga really is that determined to find you, you might expect her to look in all the places that you might be.

When you accept the first quest it stops instantly.
It's a good design tho just like the other two DLCs. So ppl won't come to the forums and ask how to start it as often as they use to

The principle notion of all of this is that I shouldn't be forced to engage in dialogue with an NPC in order for them to stop chasing me around town.

According to some patches some ages ago:
    https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/251063/pc-mac-patch-notes-v2-3-5/p1

*Stuga will no longer follow you throughout the town where you meet; she will instead just approach you, and then wait impatiently.

Stuga is back doing her buggy thing... chasing people throughout the town.

This was suppose to be fixed ages ago.
