VIDEO - Master bow is bugged

The masters bow that I spent time getting is bugged, and it is not increasing the damage of my abilities. This is one of many tests done... The participant here never swaps bars and always keeps boundless storm up, so resistances are the same, and i always keep rally up. My surprise attacks are non critting for 3.1k and critting for 4.4k with and without poison injection applied.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but don't you have to be wielding the bow for it to work? You are clearly wielding your maul while doing surprise attack.

As far as I know, it only works as long as you are on the bow bar, so it's not bugged, but working as it should.

as I have seen and tested you need to wait with change weapon until poison inject hit your target, you have swapped very fast weapons and poison inject hitted your target while you have maul, for next time shot poison inject and wait until this hit your target, you can in this time use other skill to not waste time and then you can swap weapon to enchant work

That is interesting, did not know that. Seems like I swapped bars too quickly for the enchant to work as well. But it makes sense, as red mountain does proc from my heavy attack weave with injection despite of having it on dw bar only when I swap bars before both hit the enemies.

Anyone else extremely jelly that this guy even has the masters bow? I sure am definitely peanut butter and jealous.

Has been like that for a while now. When you weapon swap cancel your PI, you won't get the Master Bow effect.
Certainly a bug, but not a well known one I guess.

Yes. I've still yet to do DSA. Nobody wants to run even normal, let alone vet, with someone who isn't "exp'd".

Yeah, the Poison Injection actually has to hit enemy while Master Bow is equipped to get enchant effect. I always make sure to do Poison Injection as first thing on my Bow Bar and do Endless Hail next. That way, even if I bar swap cancel Endless Hail, Poison Injection has usually already hit and Master Bow enchant is active. This is likely more useful for PvE rotations than PvP as PvE bosses do not step out of Endless Hail the way human players do.
