Jewelry, Dolmens and Greenshade is about the worst for running a rotation on those.
World Bosses have a 100% chance to drop a head, chest, legs or weapon slot item.
Public Dungeon Bosses have a high chance of dropping a shoulder, hand or weapon slot item.
Haha, that's totally why I asked! The UESP Website says it drops in Greenshade but the ESO Fextralife Website says it drops in Grahtwood. I think UESP may have mixed up Beekeeper's Gear and Green Pact sets. Anyhow, thanks for setting the record straight!Fabulosity wrote: »My first bit of advice: make sure you're farming in the right zone. Green pact drops in Graatwood, not Greenshade.
Excellent advice, I will definitely redistribute my champion points to get "Treasure Hunter" before I get started tonight.Fabulosity wrote: »Dolmens are definitely your best bet for getting the jewellery. Make sure you put 30 champion points into the green champion tree that gives you the 'treasure hunter' passive, so that you get more purple drops from chests.
Ahh yes, you are very wise treasure hunter my friend. I'm looking at the Grahtwood map now and it looks like "Root Sunder Ruins" just to the Southeast of Eldenroot is a public dungeon in that zone. Does that sound right to you?Fabulosity wrote: »To obtain weapons and shields, public dungeons are the easiest way. Now this is some really helpful specific advice. I'm so glad I posted this question! I see it's just North of the Gray Mire Wayshrine. That's where my future shield is being kept, and I will claim it for my own when the night falls on this day.Fabulosity wrote: »Speaking of unique items, the final boss in the delve 'Ne Salas' drops a unique green pact shield occasionally. This is interesting. The champion passive just says "Increases the quality of items you find in treasure chests" but does not make any distinction about treasure map chests and locked chests. The Treasure Chest passive has no impact on the Chests from Dolmens, so don't waste the points. It only works on Treasure Chests from Maps or the ones you unlock.

Why you believe this to be the case?
I'm impressed that you have actual information to back that statement up. A lot of people just spout random opinions and assumptions as fact. You on the other hand are a veritable fountain of treasure chest knowledge my friend!! Haha, thanks again for all your information. This is interesting. Because I get mostly Green and Blue from Dolmen Chests and mostly Purples with a few Blues from Treasure Chests on my character that has this passive. I only have one who has this as it cuts down on my DPS, and she is going to be a Farmer someday as she is my Master Crafter. But I took her through more than 100 Dolmens one day in Alikir to get that last Dolmen Achievement, and there is no way the Champ Passive has any effect on the Dolmen Chests based on what I pulled with her.
Also, a character that does not have this passive gets more than his fair share of Purple Jewelry from Dolmen Chests. Which would tell me that I should use him to farm the Dolmens, but as soon as I do that, I will up end the RNG Cart.
Finally, the Chest at the Dolmen is called Chest, not Treasure Chest or Hidden Treasure. There are only two containers in the game with the word Treasure in the name.

You are waaaay ahead of me on this whole farming thing brother. I only decided today that I wanted to boost my health and health regeneration and decided I'd rather farm for it than run from guild vendor to guild vendor shopping through that horrible interface. ESO on XB1 totally needs a text filter for guild vendors because looking for a specific item is enough to make you go blind!Since I was giving up DPS on one of my deadliest characters I wanted to make sure of what the passive does. So I paid close attention to it after speccing it in. I have since leveled another Sorcerer who does not craft to take her DPS place. Now, of all things, she is going all Medium Armor with Dark Stride and Prisoner gear for next to no Sprint Costs*, add in the extra regen for magic, and using Streak, coupled with the Well Fitted Trait, she will be a farming fool.

There's a quest giver that gives an infused green pact shield in grahtwood. Name begins with an O i think. SW part of the map is all I remember
I am looking for the Green Pact overland gear set. Specifically I need epic rings, epic neck and a one-handed weapon and shield. I'm a little confused on where I should be focusing my efforts.
Is my best chance for epic Green Pact set jewelry is by farming dark anchor chests in Greenshade? Would running Veteran City of Ash in Greenshade give a chance for the jewelry?
As for the one-handed weapon and shield, do I farm bosses in Rulanyil's Fall public dungeon in Greenshade? Would farming overland bosses at the skull and crossbones in Greenshade also have a chance to drop weapons and shields?
Any specific advice so that I can make the most effective use of my time will be greatly appreciated!

There actually isn't a quest. You simply go to the Ne Salas Delve and kill the named boss at the end of the delve until it drops the shield. I got it in 4 kills so it's not super crazy rare or anything. Good luck!Unsent.Soul wrote: »Can anyone recall anymore info about this quest?

Was this the infused shield? I read mention of the reinforced and I thought that was from the delve boss...
Just re read previous posts, the shield you mention is the reinforced. I bought 1 of the infused shields from a trader but the seller had no idea where they got it. It was mentioned earlier there is a quest in greenshade that rewarded this shield for the quest.
The infused shield comes from a quest called 'The Wakening Dark' in Grahtwood: http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Online:The_Wakening_Dark
