How many hit points do enemies have?

I can't find this info anywhere, especially for the tougher enemies. Tens of thousands? 100s of K? Millions? If an enemy has three "notches" on its health bar both left and right, then how many HPs does it usually have? Two notches? One notch? No notch? Based on the time I need to kill them, it seems HPs vary wildly. Let's say I have 5K damage per second, I may take anywhere from 5 to 30 seconds to kill an enemy with a no-notch health bar. That means the HP could range from 25000 to 150000. And we don't know what kind of specs they have: resistance, weapon damage, spell knowledge, etc. I have to get killed by one of them to even know the names of their attacks. And all the online FAQs have no info at all. I know we can't freely save and load game like a single-player game, so that makes it tough to research these specs. But these things are a big part of this game, and we are playing a game in which a big part of its mechanics is unknown to us. Contrary to Oblivion and Skyrim, for which online FAQs have all the info on enemy health, defense, attacks, leveling, etc.

Typical Mobs have like 12K, 21K or 32K of Health.
Lower health numbers are found on Necromancers Scouts and the like.
Some Delve or Mini Bosses have 120K of health
Public Dungeon bosses can have around 240K of Health
World Bosses are on the order of 1.8 Million of Health, or if there are 3, then 3X 600K+ of health.
Some of the Bosses in Craglorn Main Quest have 700K of Health.
Most animals are in the 13K of Health range for small (Skeevers, Wolves etc), 30K for larger (Bears, Lions etc), and 85K to 115K for the really big ones (Wamasu's and Mammoths for instance) EDIT Echetearres have 42K
Trolls and Ogres and the like can be in the 130K range

Group Dungeon Bosses, they can have 4, 8, 10 or 12 Million or More Health.

Thanks. How many HPs (roughly) do those "celestial rift" warriors have? I just saw a level 561 player getting killed by a group of them in 10 seconds.

Do you have any info on enemies' weapon/spell damages, defenses, and abilities? Are they even similar to our damages and defenses ,even with humanoid enemies? Or are they totally different, with a whole different set of nomenclature that we don't know about? When I get killed, I see the names of the enemy attacks that are often totally foreign to me.

And sometimes the names are confusing. For instance, I was attacked by an enemy mage who cast an AoE spell that created a dark circle on the ground. I checked my character screen and saw that I was suffering from "Wrath." And yet, "Wrath" is the name of my heavy armor passive skill, which of course is a totally different thing.

I wish the game were more clear on these things. Maybe there should be a "scouting" skill that lets you see enemy HP, defenses, and abilities.

You can search www.uesp.net for tons of info on enemies and their various attacks, also onfo on the entire series of Elder Scrolls games, including maps, histories, biographies, lore, and quest walkthroughs.

If you play on a PC, esoui.com has many addons that can give you combat info like an enemy's hp, damage dealt/received, type of attack, and other useful info.

Also, elderscrollsonline.wiki.fextralife.com is another great resource for game information.

    Good luck with your searches!

I know on PS4 there is an option to turn on enemy HP and you can see it as a number or % or both if you want, it will also show you how how your hitting and what damage you take.

There is not much info on uesp really. As you can see here, all enemy health is either "?" or "varies," and no info on what abilities they have. Yes, there is a lot of info on past ES games, but not much on ESO. I haven't tried any addons, but if they are helpful, shouldn't the info have been posted on uesp already? And the game is almost 3 years old. Either people don't care to post such info, or they haven't been able to get the info.

One thing to remember, up until just recently, enemies had different health points depending on what zone you encountered them in, and what level or Vet Rank you were, so the answer, it varies, was the correct answer. The UESP is open for you to update if you want to. I certainly don't have any desire to update the Wiki.

So, get an addon like AUI, turn on the Frames and it will show you the exact amount of Health Points each mob has.

Oblivion enemies have varied health too, but uesp has all the detail, such as formulae for health at different levels. No such info for ESO. So again, is such info harder to get in ESO, or do people nowadays just don't care? I'm just amazed that Oblivion and Skyrim have *exhaustive* wiki info on enemy abilities, drops, abilities used, damage amount, etc, etc., and ESO has next to nothing.

Because everyone with an add on or the default damage numbers enabled can see enemy health so no-one cares.

The info existed for the other games because you could not see the enemies health as it was a single player game with almost no ui

Older games had add-ons too that showed enemy health, so that apparently wasn't the issue.
