why can't i bash stam sorc dark deal?

atleast every 5 time i try the bash works. I dont mind stam sorc being that strong, but they litterly run no bonus in regn since they got dark deal(a lot of them), which is pretty cool.
but let us atleast be able to succed a bash. or maybe its just me that is noob at bashing? :P
