Until now i used 60 day cards to subscribe but now i wanted to buy a subscription pack. I have about 60 days left on my subscription.

When i tried to buy one, it did not bill me or give me any crowns... said my next billing date is in february. I assume its when my current subscription ends but how to i renew it faster?

Thank you in advance!

I did the same thing. We have to wait until our next billing date before we get the crowns.

You can ask them today to run your card for a sub renewal, however they won't run the card until the sub needs to be renewed.

If you want to to buy Crowns before that, you certainly can.

I see just odd i also play War Thunder and i purchased packs there and have about 2 more years sub + tanks/planes, wanted to do something similar here like the game cards that add 60 days of sub and crowns but those are no longer available i think.

And there is no replacement, only separate option to either buy Crowns or wait for sub. I`ll just wait its only cosmetic stuff anyway just odd that i spend more on a game i play less(war thunder) mostly because ESO never had good deals or options.

Umm and no the crates i`ll never get in either game(both have them) as i`m not a fan of gambling and would rather know what i pay for not just pay for "a chance to get", i have the real lottery for that.

Just so you know, Crowns are the Currency of the Crown Store. You can buy many things in there, Crown Crates are just one of them. But I am not suggesting anyone buy Crown Crates. Crowns? Sure, if you need them for things you want.

You can buy Crown Packs at anytime. And, those Crown Packs are known to go on sale for 40% from time to time.

My point was mostly that you had the perfect product for me, 60 day time cards but removed it from vendors and failed to replace it. So now i would like something similar but it does not exist except under the form of the subscription. Yet you can`t get a subscription unless the existing one has finished so i can`t use that.

So i have the money and i`m willing to spend it but you removed and product i wanted to buy and never bothered to replace it... never had this in other games to be honest.

Just figured i`d post so they know i can`t be the only one in this position...

I assumed you were unhappy for the same reason as I -- I wanted the crowns for purchasing a 180 day subscription but now I have to wait for those crowns until my current subscription is over and the 180 is charged. But you are upset that you already have a subscription but want to be charged for another subscription right now? Now I'm a bit confused.

Same reason as you mate. Wanted the crowns. You could do it via game time cards before, get the card, activate as many as you wanted and get both time and the crowns. No waiting involved.

Its not a big deal as i said its cosmetic stuff i can live without but just figured i`d let them know maybe they change it. :-)

Oooh I see. I didn't realize you could do that with time cards.

I do see your point about the Pre-Pay. I know that I have seen Time Cards in the stores, but not in a while. I don't see them listed anymore in Amazon, well I do, but not in a way that leaves me confident that you can still buy them. Best Buy only seems to list them for purchase on line, no longer can be picked up in the stores. Nope, check that, it does not look like you can get them there anymore either. Which makes me wonder if there are any more Pre-Paid cards like this entering the pipeline, only the ones some retailer may still have laying around. Wonder why they would not be sold anymore? Revenue streams are revenue streams you know.....

So, it seems that the only thing you can do is buy Crowns at a reduced rate. Which based on last year, may be happening real soon, as I think there was a sale at or around the upcoming holidays last year. History is no predictor of the future, but it can give hope.

You summed it up pretty well.

Its more about what you get for the money, before i could get a 60 day time card for about 20 eur and it came with 3k crowns. While money by itself is not exactly an issue its more about what you get from said money, like right now for the same amount i`d only get crowns but no subscription.

Since cosmetic stuff is not essential and i already have enough costumes i`ll just wait until my subscription ends to renew or just buy a time card if i see it available.

I mostly wanted to point out that in other games you have ways of spending a lot more and they usually combine subscriptions with actual in-game currency or offers and etc. ESO is my most played game i think yet its the game i have spent the least on, basically only keeping the sub going, sometimes well ahead to get crowns.

    Thank you for the help!
