Both only scale off of Max Magicka, and are balanced for around 35-40K

Hey, broken mechanic, err I mean @quickblade418,

What were your magicka/spell power stats last night in cyrodil proper? Your eye of cancer ulti drops were the hardest hitting we've seen.. maybe ever.

Usually our tanks can survive an emp's EoTS drop to go in and tie them down with Talons and Fear, we had to take a ranged root and burn approach with you -- like dealing with vampire emp's back in 2014.

Imperial physique so it's like wuteva, if you Google it, a player reached 100k pre IC dlc drop, you had to do a quest and therefore was limited by time, but was possible

Hey Takuto , the broken root spammer xD, ty yes the damage was out of this world my stats were about 76k magicka in cyrodii , with about 3,6k spell damage and 15k spell pen, in 5 x light armor . I was running spinner & vicious death with dual weild, and destro on back bar , with vicious death on dual weild bar only. if you have any other questions feel free to ask , its a pleasure .
