Extend the Use of the Elder Scrolls in Cyrodiil - Emperor Dethrone Mechanics, etc.

Here is an idea - could we look at making the elder scrolls themselves play a role in the empowerment/dethroning of an emperor? For example, if 2 elder scrolls are within proximity of an enemy emperor for a certain amount of time, some of his powers would be nullified, but also subject the scrolls to interception? The twist could be that the scrolls could be from two alliances, so in the case of a blue emp, red and gold could come together to force his dethrone using the most important artifacts in the elder scrolls universe... the elder scrolls themselves. I think it would add an interesting facet to the alliance war. By the same token, elder scrolls held near a friendly emperor could give him/her resistance to enemy elder scroll debuffs.

Well, I didn't get your point. Most of the time, the faction with emperor also grabs all six scrolls too.
