I think, when it comes to spell projectiles, if you can dodge it, you can reflect it. Just about any spell that you can cast can be reflected, so it's better to ask: what can't be reflected? Off the top of my head...

The annoying thing is this, practically speaking, takes range out of the picture for magical users against a flappy mDK, forcing you to get up close to use AoEs, which by design are less damaging than single target spells because they can hit more than one target. But then you get close to that mDK to use AoEs and get locked down and whipped to death because SURPRISE! there's no root immunity and you're not a medium-armor-using shuffler.
