Launcher Error 102

Hey, so I am having to completely re-install eso due to having issues with my computer. So I installed the base launcher and around 31GB of game data from the original game discs that I bought not long after the game's release.
However, now when I get to the patching screen, an error pops up saying," Error 102 - DownloadError_InvalidMetaFile". It then goes on to say that it is unable to find patch data for the current game version. Anyone know why this is happening? I've installed the game from these discs and then updated before with no problem.
