Logged out while in Cyrodiil now cannot log in. Normal?

I actually logged in just fine and upgraded my horse at Cyrodiil stables. Then remembered I forgot to turn on Minion. Turned it on and it said I had updates. So I logged out of game completely except launcher thinking the updated mods will work better if they get a fresh log in. Waited a bit for good measure. Went back. My game launches fine to char creation screen but my main who is in Crrodiil will not load. My alt chars load fine.
