Which shield to pick? Annulment or Igneous?

For a magDK, annulment has bigger shields and is also more expensive while Igneous is smaller but it gives back Stam and generates ulti.
Are there other things I'm overlooking?
So which one is considered superior?

Dampen Magic makes you that much tankier. Obsidian Shield is primarily for healing/healers, but you can get Major Mending from heavy resto attacks, too.

Igneous if you make use of the 25% more healing after casting it.

Annulment if you want an actual shield.

I personally love the way it looks but it's not a shield
Think I'll stick with it Igneous then since I usually pop coagulating blood afterwards.
When I have a resto back bar I'll switch to dampen/harness.

Dragon Blood is very weak in PvP. Healing Ward should be your healing.

its also one of the worst morph choice skill one being a small dot in an area when you cast the other being a small shield.

I have another dw/resto setup where I do use healing ward but it's kinda hard to run with double s&b

Harness Magicka if you're under 30 to 35k health or not a Templar. Blazing Shield if you are a Templar above that health range.

I'm only around 23k health in Cyrodiil on my VD build so the 17k shield halved into 8.5k is much more effective for me than Blazing Shield. On uber-Templar Health Tanks there is no comparison.
