Frequent Network Timeouts

Starting at around 1:00 am EST I begin experiencing network disconnects from the ESO servers both in and out of cyrodiil, and it frequently results in being unable to pass the login screen (password username) to come back into the game. To be clear, this is not an inactivity timeout, this is the timeout where your character can make no actions and no enemy players/npcs - or anything really - are moving.

I'm in teamspeak with my guild having a clean and clear conversation, so the problem is not with my personal network connection.

I've tried running the client repair and it doesn't seem to help. I find this to be frustrating and would like to know if others are experiencing this issue or whether ZOS is aware of this issue. This has been going on for about a week and makes it very difficult to play...

If you want them to get on the case of the issue please, post an in-game ticket thanks :)
