What are some materials that sell for a good couple of grand? Need a way of making gold, lately ive been stacking up materials such as leather and cotton and other materials that create armour.

Yew is the most expensive wood.
Ebony is a valuable metal, but Rubedite is more expensive.
The same goes for the medium and light of this tier.

It's mostly because only characters that are level 46-49 will find it 50% of the time naturally, or they'll need to have a specific number of skill points in each craft just to find it 50% of the time.
So its not exactly common. I also think players who do non-vet PvP use this material in their last few levels to make their gear so that they're stronger right before they get removed from the campaign.

You're probably better off doing your own research and then keeping quiet when you find some good sellers. Anything posted on the forum is likely to crash in price as everyone else races to the bottom trying to unload it.
Even on the internet, clear communication is important; it can be the difference between "helping your Uncle Jack off a horse" and "helping your uncle jack off a horse"; the difference between "knowing your s***" and "knowing you're s***".
Greybeards & Gals - Civilised, laid-back, mature gamers. Beards optional. |

Implying that rawmats are valuable since 1 tamriel XD. Prices have droped a lot since then.
