So since one tamriel I'm suddenly getting low level provisioning writs, even though I'm maxed out in the craft on multiple characters. This is pretty annoying as I get blue and people recipes at 100-140cp, though I'll never have a character in that range again and you can't sell them or even give them away either . So basically I'm often receiving useless rewards, a smaller chance at an ambrosia fragment while having to keep/craft a wider range of stuff. This can't be right?

Wanted to reply here instead of creating my own thread. I'm on Xbox NA, but I have the same issue. This only happens with my provisioning writs, nothing else.
Basically, the writ rotation seems to cycle between rank VI and rank VII. I will get the max level writ for 3 days, then the level beneath that for 3 days. It's very annoying, as I am max level in all of the crafts, so my rewards should reflect that.Max CP, 11 explicitly average characters on XB1 NA0
