Loot cooldown?

Hello comrades
So, I was acting all cool, chilling, farming my moby *** spriggan's sharpened daggers (btw, if you have one of those, send me a pm @milvan PC-NA) in the public dungeon then I realized that there is loot cooldown!!!
C'mon ZOS, I know there is must have measure to hold up the bots, but we regular players, we are already punished by your crazy RNG. I don't mind bending to IT's will and spending over 100 hours farming for stuff, but could you please remove the loot cooldown? It punish us, real players, not the bots, those bots stay there all day/night, it's not the loot cooldown that will hold them up.
The lootcool down punishes the poor little casual player that only log in for a few hours a day and don't have much time to farm thing up.
Plz ZOS, I don't know how long loot cooldown have been in the game, but could please remove it?

✭✭✭✭✭Without loot cooldown in public dungeons, you'd be looting about every 10 seconds in some of them. That's about 10 times faster than what is currently possible with the cooldown in place. It's kinda necessary.0
