As for whether it's "good" or not, depends on what you are aiming for. Use blue food, put all your points in stamina and you can have over 18K health with plenty of stamina and then you make the choice between regen, weapon power, and crit - again depending on your play style, weapon choice, etc.
So I should put all my gear at stamina, and use food, but I meant pre food is that good
Well, you got like 200000 more stamina than my stam-sorc so I think you are in good shape...As an imperial DK, CP 162,
I have 15952 HP

69.1% weapon crit
Is that good?
I know the PvP idea is put stam on everything, however if I do that, my health will lose 4500 ish for 4500 ish more stamina, I would only have over 10000 health
